Roger got back to me ASAP and I was able to secure a container on the day of moving out of my flat. They even offer a free trailer to help move things out of your house so if you’ve got the strength, you don’t actually need to hire movers/van! Centrally located and close to the motorway. The storage area is easily accessible, clean and tidy. The managers are extremely helpful, well organised and pleasant to deal with. When we need storage again it will be our first stop.
I was most impressed with Kiwi Self Storage Ellerslie. Peter and Carolyn-the managers were friendly and great to deal with. They answered my questions that I had during initial set up. The unit was clean and tidy. There were trolleys to load your possessions on to and there was a lift that would take your items to the level in which your storage unit was on. Excellent security to get to storage unit. Highly recommend this storage facility.

The staff were very kind and welcoming and made sure that I knew how to get around the facilities. I needed the unit in a pinch and they were able to get me the perfect size unit that same day and were able to refund me for the time I didn't need when I ended up moving out with a couple of days notice. Very thankful for their help.
I stored my house contents with Kiwi Self Storage while I travelled overseas. The units were clean and dry. Security systems were strong and I was confident my belongings were safe while away. The staff was consistently helpful and responsive from my initial enquiries all the way to the end of the contract, including finding a larger unit on the spot the day of my move. Fantastic storage unit in Ellerslie, close to the motorway, clean & safe. I had a great experience; Kelvin and team were very helpful in finding the right size unit, fair prices, great opening opening hours and super helpful with advice around moving and packing material. As a woman, I would like to point out that it is also safe and I felt totally fine bringing or picking up items myself. They have plenty lifting / moving equipment there to transport items from the car to the unit. Highly recommend!
We have no hesitation in recommending Kiwi self storage. Although we only had our storage unit for 6 months, in that time we found the staff very supportive and helpful. Access to our unit was without any drama and all our belongings were dry, safe and in the same condition we left them. Thank you Kiwi self storage.
