These terms of trade define the terms and conditions on which we provide you with access to this website and the services we provide. If you become a customer of Kiwi Self Storage then you will enter into a written storage agreement with the company that will define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to storage. If you accept our offer of insurance, then you will enter into a separate agreement in relation to insurance. If you accept our offer of free use of a trailer for customers, then there will be a separate licence agreement in relation to that service. If you store a vehicle, trailer, or boat with us then there will be an additional licence agreement.

This website contains information about the company and storage generally, including advice on how to store belongings and on how much storage space you might need. The website might also contain links or references to other websites or organisations. This information is provided as a guide for your information only and without knowledge of your particular circumstances. We do not accept liability for any loss you might suffer in reliance on any information, advice, links or references contained on our website.

4. Boxshop Returns & Refunds
Please choose boxes and packaging carefully when ordering, as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Items must be checked when being picked up from the store as damaged items will not be exchanged or refunded once accepted.
5. Fees
Kiwi Self Storage has a set of fees as referred to in all facility Self Storage Licence Agreements for customers. The schedule of fees can be found here.
