Fees

Below is a schedule of fees as referenced in all Kiwi Self Storage Licence Agreements. All prices are inclusive of GST.

1. Late Fee
If any payment is not received by Kiwi Self Storage by the Due Date each month.

All Facilities - $15

2. Security Call-Out Fees
Occur if a customer or authorised person has not entered their PIN number at the entry gate entry prior to accessing their unit, no matter whether the gate is closed or open. These call outs are run by external security services at each of the facilities.

North Shore - $120
Ellerslie - $118
Mt Roskill - $120
Newlands - $110
Kilbirnie - $150
